Tattoo Cartel – Deposit Terms & Conditions

To lock in your calendar slot, a non-refundable deposit is required.

 

Standard Tattoos: The deposit is either $50 or 25% of your total estimated quote (whichever is greater).

 

Full-Day Bookings: Require a 50% deposit due to the extensive custom design, research, and illustration time required for large-scale pieces. Your deposit will be fully deducted from the final price of your tattoo on the day of your session.

Policy Details

• Why deposits are non-refundable?

Your deposit secures your artist's time and covers their administrative and preparation work, including: custom-designing your artwork prior to your session.

 

Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours notice to move an appointment. If you notify us before this window, your deposit remains valid and transfers to your new date.

 

Forfeiting Your Deposit

Deposits are strictly forfeited if you cancel outright, fail to show up, request a reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or completely change your mind on the design concept (requiring an entirely new drawing).

 

Artwork Changes

Minor adjustments can be made on the day. Major concept changes must be requested well in advance, or a new deposit may be required to cover the extra drawing time.
